Ladder Theory talks about how men and women evaluate each others.. and more importantly how women have a concept of two ladders by which they evaluate males..
its humorous, and at many places you'll feel its true also.. truely an interesting read.. i've been through first 10 pages still.. do read it completely.. there is a Wikipedia Article on ladder theory as well..
