baks17: digen: heh. Ok. One simple dish:
digen: anurag: lol
baks17: digen: Cook some rice, add dahi, and put a tadka of urad dal, jeera, rai, kadhi patta
digen: baks17: go slow I cant prepare it so fast
baks17: digen: add some finely chopped green chillies and finely chopped onions
baks17: digen: tadka maarne ko aata hai?
digen: baks17: now i can I know that,but can you elaborate more please ? :p
baks17: argh!
baks17: cook rice, keep it in one bowl
baks17: add some dahi to it

baks17: take a 1 tspn oil, and add jeera, rai and urad dal
baks17: jeera and rai about 1/2 tea spoon
baks17: urad dal 1 tea spoon
baks17: and when the rai starts popping, add kadhi patta
baks17: put the flame off, and pour the tadka on your rice and dahi mixture
baks17: add the chopped onions and chillies
baks17: add salt to taste
baks17:

baks17: done
baks17: that is called bakkala bhat
baks17: atleast that is what we call it
baks17: its a southie dish
